WEDNESDAY will be a half day so that you can explore nearby sights or relax at The Sanctuary and enjoy a massage, acupuncture and the jungle.

About This Event

Explore the practices of Meditation and Mindfulness on a deeper level. This week-long educational retreat will give you the tools to teach and/or practice mindfulness through contemporary and accessible meditations as well as movement practices to deepen your experience of being present.

Join Brittany Lynne E-RYT 500, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra & Meditation Guide for a special week-long Mindfulness continuing education module designed especially for yoga teachers, aspiring meditation teachers and anyone looking to dive deeper into their mindfulness practices.

Every session, including continuing education sessions, is optional if you are not attending for credit so you also can join us at The Sanctuary simply to relax, enjoy morning asana practice, tropical sunshine and delicious food (or bring a friend who wants to do that).

What's Included

  • Your tuition investment includes training with over 40 contact hours, 2 hour asana practice each day, daily meditation, unique Lakshmi Rising School for Yoga & Wellness training manual, 3 organic gourmet vegetarian meals each day), unlimited self-serve coffee and tea, organic fresh fruit for snacks, super-filtered high vibration spring water for drinking and bathing, double occupancy lodging, daily housekeeping, full access to a magical private property nature preserve including gardens, trails, swimming pool and more, options to participate in organized group excursions and all applicable taxes. This is the bottom line without any unexpected hidden costs. Please keep this in mind when comparing prices to other retreats.
