About This Event

We will focus in this program on Asana (yoga postures), Alignment, Teaching Skills, Teaching Practice, Hands and Voice on Adjustment, Pranayama (breathing exercise), Sounds-Mantras-Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion), Meditation, Yoga philosophy and basic yogic cleansing techniques.

Dharma yoga is the main inspiration of this program. Dharma Yoga is a heart opening and mind-expanding yoga practice following the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra who has been teaching yoga since 55 years. Dharma Yoga is a traditional lineage, following the teachings of Yogi Gupta. It combines Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Tantra, Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. The posture practice is a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa styles. In the early evenings we will practice Yin or Restorative Yoga.

There is a limit space of 17 students in this training. This way, we can make sure that we give individual attention and support that each student needs during this very special time.
