About This Event

Four weeks Buddhism Yoga Meditation Retreat is a long term retreat. This retreat is a mix of study and exploring. It includes 20 days of regular class and 8 days of exploring places such as monasteries, temples and World Heritage sites. During 4 week you will learn the most fundamental parts of Buddhism, Yoga and Meditation in details. The retreat will cover daily Yoga, Meditation and Buddhism teachings including Singing Bowl Healing and Pranayama (Breathing Exercise). During the weekend we would like to take you to some sightseeing places around Kathmandu such as Monkey Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Hanuman Doka Durbar Square, patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Nagarkot. There we wish to show you how religion and spirituality can be seen in everyday life in Nepal. So you can experience our culture first-hand.

Buddhist Yoga and Meditation Retreat provides accommodation with comfortable rooms for spiritual studies. The double room has Two single beds and wardrove with balcony. Room will be shared by two people.We also have Single private room. We have 24-hours hot water, Wi-Fi service.

50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before event.
