Meditation Instruction for New Meditators (or Refresher)
About This Event
This is a free 30 minutes of instruction that goes through the basics of mindfulness / awareness meditation. After you experience being guided through a short period of sitting, your instructor will answer any questions that come up for you. You will get better as you practice and you are welcome to retake this introduction as often as you wish. You are also encouraged to join us for 30 minutes of public sitting and discussion on Wednesday evenings and Sunday late mornings. (See below.)
