      Fantastic

    I had an amazing experience with Babu doing Hatha and Kundalini yoga. He was able to make it suitable to my experience and I enjoyed the sessions. I also loved the Tibetan and Breath yoga which were new to me but very effective. I felt really relaxed after Breath Yoga. I was really amazed by his knowledge of Indian spiritual philosphies and ability to explain them in such simple terms. He also guided me with my personal issues which was very helpful. After taking the sessions with him, I feel good in all areas of my life.

      Great teacher

    I am beyond grateful to have had the chance to learn from Babu. He is an incredibly wise, knowledgeable and insightful teacher. I have attended numerous of his workshops and in each one, he continued to lead me through a transformative inner journey via meditations, yoga and valuable insights he shared. I gained a lot of clarity and genuine inner peace, but most importantly - I took home the wisdom of his teachings and methods that I still apply in my practice today.       Yoga with Babu .

    Last year Babu came to Punta Allen and gave us classes of Hath Yoga .His method based on deep breathing, holding the postures and steady gazing of the eye made me feel rejuvenated . His approach free from strain and force was relaxed and gave a lot of space to do the asanas according to my ability . We ended the class with meditation and talk about the yoga philosophy and the sutras . After of few days doing yoga with Babu ,I felt stronger ,balanced and calm. It is a boon to us to have him return to P.A to do the intensive retreat on yoga and meditation. I am looking forward to be again around his peaceful energy .

      Great Experience

    Babu is a wonderful teacher and an expert in these topics. They way he helps people through meditation and yoga is unique and I'm sure you will enjoy the classes as I did. He is very committed in sharing the power of these practices with people. I learnt many different techniques to meditate anywhere I am and feel better with myself, relaxed and peaceful.       Amazing workshop

    I did a 7-day meditation workshop with Babu. It was really an eye-opening workshop for me. Just after the first hour of the meditation session on the first day, I felt more quiet and peaceful. It was really awesome. I went into the workshop stressed and confused and came out relaxed and very clear. I loved that he does not promote special places, environments, and things to meditate. He taught me how to meditate in every environment. I loved the walking meditations and open-eyed breath meditations. I can do them anytime. Along with daily meditation and yoga sessions, he also explained various spiritual philosophies in practical and simple ways and helped me a lot. I had a very vague idea about them and they were always something confusing. He is very knowledgeable about Meditation, Yoga, and related fields including things like career, relationships, and life issues. He is very compassionate and helpful. Even after the workshop, he has helped me whenever I have asked him anything. He gave many resources to me to use after the workshop. I am really grateful for this experience and I recommend Meditation and workshop with Babu to everyone.
