Mindful Quest 2020 | A Virtual Retreat
ScheduleWeek 1-2: Opening ceremony, Discovery of unhealthy vs. healthy personal myths through experiential reflection, guided imagery, ritual, creative writing, journaling, energy work and dreamwork.
Week 3-4: Continue guided meditations, creative writing, journaling, dream work towards demystifying andtranscending faulty myths. Creation of your personal shield.
Week 5-6: Declare and Integrate the new mythic vision into a transformative personal mythology through guided imagery, journaling, obtaining a power object, crystallizing ritual.
Week 7-8: Deepening the commitment to your new mythology. Walking the Vision!
About This Event
This transformative workshop which was originally set to take place in Bali, Barcelona, Hawaii, and Kyoto, will now be made available to participants worldwide through use of a video chat platform. Instead of a 3.5 day retreat experiential, this will now take place in weekly online gatherings, 3 hours per week for 8 weeks. Participants may jump in at anytime during the period we are offering this retreat. One-on-one sessions are available to those who want to revisit a missed group session. Participants will come away rejuvenated and fully synthesized with a new guiding belief system, tools and a supportive community to maintain the new path.
Psychologist Dr. Glenn Graves will be the guide on your mythic journey.
Co-lead with his niece and mental health counselor Danielle Graves.
There will be various wellness practicioners who will join and provide their services to the group.
Being guided in the methods of listening to my inner dialogue, gaining greater understanding of the origins of long held beliefs and behaviors was an extremely beneficial process.
