About This Event

This Transformational & Deeply Restorative Training will cover the incredible meditative yoga science of Yoga Nidra, the awakening practice of enlightened sleep. Yoga Nidra is a practice that works on profoundly healing all the layers of the body/mind/heart complex.  It also creates an opening to pure consciousness as we learn how to enter into dream states with awareness.  Clear Light Yoga Nidra was developed as a practice to intimately connect with the experience of the clear light of the void which is also shared in Tibetan Dream Yogas.    

 For our Virtual retreat, Michele will share Live-stream teachings each day via Zoom that will end with a Nidra to give a direct experience of the material being covered.  We will work with the power of healing intentions, mantra, visualization, and dream yoga practices.  Q & A sessions to discuss the experiences being encountered in the nidras will follow each session.  A course manual and online study material will be available to study between sessions.   

We will study the science behind Yoga Nidra, both neuroscience and yoga science, of how this practice affects our brains, bodies, and all the layers (koshas) of our being.

Along with the meditative experiences it supports us entering very quickly, Yoga Nidra helps in regulation of hormones, stabilization of glucose levels, alleviation of post traumatic stress and balances our sleep.  This course will provide a beautiful respite, healing and restorative experience, and an opportunity to shift via compassionate action.
