Event Highlights

  • The weekend will be full of exercise including walking, meditation, stretching, group fitness training, etc. All food will be prepared and cooked together as this is a way of communicating and taking pride in the meals we create. There will be chances to sit in on Nutrition counseling, movie nights, and spiritual connection if you are on that path. Overall, it will be an action-packed weekend that will teach you how to be the healthiest you can be in a short amount of time!

We will all embark on this healthy transformation together; support is key to changing our lifestyles. You can expect to exercise several times per day, eat several times per day, and socially connect!

About This Event

Immerse yourself in a weekend of absolute health and wellness! This retreat is for everyone who wants to better their health and connect with other like-minded people. The weekend will include exercise, nutrition counseling, cooking and eating, and connecting socially! Learn what you eat impacts not just your health, but the risks of pandemics such as COVID-19, heart disease, diabetes, etc. You'll literally become a healthier and more powerful person with the knowledge, application, and social connectedness that this retreat offers. What's Included

  • Rooms, food, exercise. What a value! These costs alone at home if you hired a Nutritionist, an athletic trainer, and a chef would exceed thousands of dollars per month. You will be receiving the best in Nutrition, exercise, and meals for essentially a bargain that doesn't exist like what I am offering! I want to service everyone, not just the elite who can afford all of the aforementioned.

What's Not Included

Shuttle service from and to airport. Uber and Lyft are extremely affordable and convenient!

Venue Highlights

Las Vegas is an eclectic culture scene that stretches far beyond of what most people categorize the city to be; gambling, partying, no-rules type of town, but it is a city that has mountains surrounding the perimeter, lake mead, animal sanctuaries, wetlands, etc. One of the best places to hike, bike, and enjoy the cooler weather in the autumn, winter, and spring months.

Accommodations

There are a total of 7 beds which can easily accomodate 15 guests, but since I want the retreat to be more intimate with getting to know how to cook certain dishes, nutrition and exercise classes, each person could have their own bed!
