What is shamanic breathing?

Shamanic breathing is a powerful technique to release mental and emotional blockages and blocked energies in the body and psyche. It helps with overcoming traumas, depression, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, physical illness, feelings of deep sadness and grief. It helps to improve the overall health condition, body and mental awareness, improves sensitivity and creates calmness which helps in your personal process of healing. It brings lots of benefits to your personal physical and spiritual practice, diet, etc.

Important: This is an intense experience that may bring up strong physical, mental and emotional sensations. We do not recommend breathing to people suffering from epilepsy or to pregnant women. Talk to your doctor if you have any history of cardiovascular disease.

Is deep breathing good for the heart?

Taking deep breaths can help you voluntarily regulate your ANS (autonomic nervous system) which has many benefits — lowering your heart rate, regulating blood pressure, relaxing the body and mind. This helps to decrease the level of the stress hormone cortisol in the body.

About the Breath ( Phukurikuy)

Shamanic breathwork improves mental, physical, and spiritual health. It leaves them feeling energized. The native Peruvian and many other cultures use the technique to activate the feminine energy or intuitive awareness and acquire concentration.

The Taki Samariy (music of the Breath) was used in the Andes for curanderos and shamans in order to allow the desires of their souls to open and help them to increase the energy to be able to sing, pray and play their ceremonial instruments.
