2 Night Ayahuasca, Temazcal, and Kambo Couples Retreat

*Ayahuasca*

Ayahuasca is a concoction composed of two Amazonian plants (ayahuasca and chacruna) that have been used by the indigenous people of the Amazon for thousands of years with the purpose of expanding their consciousness and thereby understanding the mysteries of life and existence.

In recent years, its conscious use has expanded throughout Europe, reinforced through thousands of testimonies and numerous scientific studies that confirm its great effectiveness as a catalyst for healing processes of addictions, depression, anxiety disorders, emotional blockages, stress, etc

During a ceremony, participants will enter a sweat lodge (typically an igloo-shaped hut) constructed from volcanic stone, wood or cement. Once inside, hot volcanic rocks are placed in the center, and water is poured over the rocks to produce steam. Herbs, typically sage or copal, are added to aid the cleansing process.

*Kambo*

It is a natural biochemical cocktail of ancient use that promotes a very deep purge of toxins from the body.

The process lasts 15 to 20 minutes and is necessary to do it with a prior fast of 12 hours to have an empty stomach.
