Hi, I'm Taryn, a devoted advocate for holistic healing and inner transformation. As a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and psilocybin facilitator and integration coach, I've dedicated my life to guiding others on their journey towards wellness and self-discovery. My passion for nature and its healing powers led me to relocate to Costa Rica after experiencing burnout from working exhausting 12-16 hour days.
In Costa Rica, amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant energy of the jungle, I found solace and renewal. Here, I've immersed myself in practices that honor the mind, body, and spirit connection, and I'm deeply committed to sharing these transformative tools with others.
Whether it's through breathwork sessions, yoga classes, or integrative coaching with psilocybin, my approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a genuine desire to support individuals in reclaiming their well-being and finding inner peace.

It is a supportive method to ease the severity and intensity of what we are experiencing and helps us move through life and its challenges with a little - and often times a lot, more ease. It is imperative to your journey to receive guidance and to learn the tools to enhance and increase the benefits that the medicine offers on its own.
Additionally, the medicine opens new portals of creativity, passion, and empathy that have the power to enhance anyone's life.

Schedule
A typical day would include some gentle morning yoga, breathwork or meditation. We enjoy 3 meals a day except on ceremony days where you will have a light, healthy breakfast and a nutritious, hearty dinner. On non ceremony days we will visit some of the local beaches and waterfalls where you will have plenty of time for integration opportunities and connect with nature.

Only 25 mins from Quepos airport which is a short 30 min flight to San Jose's International airport, or a 3 hour drive along the beautiful coast road on the Southcoast of Costa Rica
