Could you use a tune-up?

This relaxation-based practice is typically performed lying down, or in your most comfortable position. Nicole has a vast collection of high vibrational sound tools that she uses to soothe and calm the nervous system.

Each week follows a different theme (e.g., letting go, slowing down, self-love, trusting the process), taking you on a journey that is dedicated to your well-being.

These sessions are open to all age groups and online interactive participation is optional.

Please join us in taking this hour to tune in, tune up, and be restored.

About Sound Healing

Sound Healing works with the energy of sound, transmitted through high vibrational sound tools, to promote wellness in the body-mind. Many studies have proven the impact of sound vibration on matter. One particular researcher, Dr. Emoto, revealed that sound can change the molecular structure of water. Considering that the human body is composed of at least 60% water, these research findings are quite profound. These sessions will also blend the use of visualization and affirmations to promote relaxation, wellness, and the attainment of one’s identified goals.

100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before event.
50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before event.
0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before event.
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due upon arrival.

      Basking in Words: Poetry for a Summer Morning

    Basking indeed! This course was a week of soul satisfying poetry reading and enriching conversation skillfully facilitated by Tim Scorer. I laughed, cried, learned, and was moved by the power of words from a diversity of poets and participants. I felt connected to Naramata Centre throughout the week and to my creative centre. I didn't want the course to end. So grateful!

      Family Reunion 2018.

    Our family from far and wide, had a reunion the second week of July 2018 at the Naramata Centre at Naramata BC with some of us camping and the rest of us in the motel style accommodations. We all had a great experience and a good time in an ideal setting! The staff and the accommodations were great! We plan to go back again.
