Live Online 200 H Kundalini Yoga TTC Teachers Training Course


Schedule Classes:
ONLINE CLASSES: 1st Month and 2nd Month you have to attend 2 classes per day from Monday to Friday.
90 min Kundalini Yoga practice
60 min Theory Class.
OFF LINE CLASSES, You will have assigned homework to do, like to read, watch videos, and self-practice.

Times from India:
Kundalini yoga practice: at 8.30am to 10am or at 6pm to 7.30 pm
Theory Class Monday to Friday 4.15pm to 5.15pm

Online Kundalini Yoga TTC Teachers Training Course is an uplifting blend of practices, that incorporate Yoga, Kriya Movements, Mudras, Breathing Techniques, Meditation, to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Kundalini Yoga + Kriya Yoga + Meditation + Pranayama + Mudras + Mantras + Ayurveda + Philosophy + Anatomy + Teaching Methodology

We will give you all the materials for your training online. included: Asana charts with kundalini yoga asanas, kriyas, sequences, mantras, music, pdf books, videos, also you will have access to an exclusive website that we have designed (with private access) where you will find all the information of each class.
