Details of this retreat
Step away from the pace of everyday life and join Anahata Rising for our Sacred Adventures Retreat in the lush highlands of Sri Lanka.
Nestled in the mountains overlooking Victoria Lake and bordering the Knuckles Mountain range, our retreat sanctuary offers a peaceful setting to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the deeper rhythms of nature. Held in an intimate group container, this retreat blends daily practices with meaningful cultural exploration—creating space to both discover Sri Lanka and reconnect with yourself.
This immersive journey weaves together yoga, meditation, breathwork, cultural exploration, and time in nature. Each day begins with grounding practices to awaken the body and settle the mind before stepping out into the landscapes and traditions that make Sri Lanka so extraordinary.
Throughout the week we will explore sacred temples, ancient sites, tea country landscapes, and jungle trails while maintaining a retreat rhythm that allows for rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.
