Accommodation

Room One

Accommodation
Fully contained studio designated for a single occupancy. It has a kitchen with a dining table and a private toilet with a hot shower. Rooms two and one are the only rooms with queen size beds and have the highest quality bedding and mattresses at La Medicina. There is a hammock inside, and room two has a terrace with a coffee table and seating for two people, which can be used by guests from rooms one and two. It is centrally located, close to the dining room, chiloka, and fire pit. Suitable for people who have difficulty getting up the stairs. However, it might not be as private when it comes to noise. As it is very close to dining, chiloka, and the fire pit, where people congregate, the voices might carry to the room, which for some people might be disturbing when they try to rest.

Room Six

Accommodation
A single occupancy room in Casa Vista, potentially our most beautiful accommodation due to its location, perched up high on a hill with a view of the jungle. Room six has a terrace with a hammock and a chair, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and a shared living room with a kitchen with room seven. The bed is twin size. There is a private library in the living room. It is a very private location with the least noise pollution caused by humans. Since it is located on the hill, there are quite a few stairs one needs to climb to get to the house. It is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

Room Eight

Accommodation
Located in Casa Nueva, room eight is simple and single occupancy. It shares a separate toilet and a bathroom with a hot shower with room nine. It is a smaller room than our other offerings but has outside seating, benches, and chairs on a covered terrace—the simplest accommodation after our tambos. It is centrally located, close to dining, chiloka, and the fire pit area. Noise pollution might concern some guests in the morning, as it is near the worker’s area.

Room Ten

Accommodation
The tambos are the most economical options at La Medicina, which are basic huts in the forest, with no toilet or water (shower and toilets are to be used in the Maloka bathroom). Tambo eleven is smaller in size than Tambo ten. The most distant and isolated locations, so both tambos require a short walk. Tambo ten requires going up many stairs. Tambos offer the most exposure to the jungle sounds and environment. They are small and very primitive. It is our most private and most desired accommodation option.

Truly Incredible!!!!!!!
My home away from home. 🩷 Words fall short when I try to describe the love I have for La Medicina. I have experienced some of the most beautiful & transformative moments of my life with them. It is, without question, the best place I have ever been & ever will go for Ayahuasca. I’ve been fortunate to return many times, & every journey has been nothing short of remarkable.

Kasey & Vlad are truly exceptional facilitators. 💯 They are compassionate, attentive, & wholeheartedly dedicated to the well-being of everyone throughout the entire journey. You can see & feel the love they have for their work in the care & devotion they pour into everything & everyone. Their presence & commitment leave a lasting impression. 🥹
The Maestros are magical. ✨ Their voices, their icaros… it’s hard to describe how deeply they land until you’re there. They hold the space with such strength & gentleness, guiding you even in the toughest moments. Being in ceremony with them feels like being held by something ancient & wise.

The location itself is pretty & peaceful. Tucked into the Amazon jungle, surrounded by all that life & stillness at the same time. It’s the kind of environment that naturally pulls you inward & helps you slow down & really listen. It is the perfect setting for transformation, reflection, & connection. 🌿
The food is absolutely delicious. They bring so much creativity to each meal while fully respecting the Ayahuasca dieta. Every dish is wholesome, fresh, & surprisingly flavorful. I always make a point to write down what I eat there so I can try to recreate it at home, with varying levels of success, lol.
Everything about La Medicina is simply perfect. This place, & the people within it, have left a profound & lasting imprint on my life. The wisdom, the care, & the genuine love I’ve received here have held me through some of my most transformative moments. For anyone on their own journey of healing or self-discovery, my experience with La Medicina has been nothing short of life-changing. Thank you, all of you, from the deepest part of my heart. 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

Finding inner peace and forgiveness

I recently attended the 6 day retreat at La Medicina.
From the intake process to the beginnings of the integration work, La Medicina operated with integrity, holding safety and containment for all of us , as individuals and as a group of 11. The mastery Vlad and Kasey hold on this plant medicine was evident in their words and actions.
The property itself is beautiful, landscaped and with a diversity of jungle wildlife, sounds that I had not yet heard in my lifetime, sounds that I will remember for the rest of my life. The accommodation was very comfortable with hot showers and spring fed drinkable water, the food incredible with variety on each day and prepared with love and care, ensuring nourishment for the inner work ahead.
This was my first experience of drinking the medicine and I found peace that I could not have imagined. I now understand the statement "the medicine will give you what you need".
I highly recommend La Medicina and hope to return in the future.

One of the most life altering experience I have ever had in my life!
I had the most beautiful and life changing experience at La Medicina. The team was the most supportive and educated group of people who really knew how to hold space during such a vulnerable time. I cannot recommend this experience more to anyone who is looking to gain more insight into their true selves. I will for sure be back in the future.

Paradise on Earth with inner transformation
My 1 week retreat at La Medicina was the truly the most life changing experience in my whole life. Not only the place is heaven on Earth, lush, beautiful, magical, purpose built; but the owners and the staff are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, professional and humble. They really went over and beyond no matter what, supported the whole group with their full attention and guidance. I wish everyone would have the chance to go to this place and do inner work. I will definitely come back to this pleace in the coming years! Irake Maestra Tania, Irake Maestro Gabriel, Irake Kasey, Irake Vlad!

Thank You La Medicina
I participated in a six day retreat and it was a really great experience. They fed us well, there was enough space to spend downtime by yourself- or mingle with other people if you wanted. Everything was explained well and I felt like the way the schedule was layed out was really beneficial to allow gradual integration. The Maestro & Maestra were incredibly wonderful people, as well as the facilitators and everyone on the property helping to support the experience. Beautiful people and place!
