Event Highlights

A Carefully Designed Transformational Journey
This is not simply a vacation with a psychedelic experience. It is a structured 7-day process designed to help you explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck — and create space for meaningful change.

Personal Preparation Before You Arrive
Your retreat begins before Jamaica. We take time to understand your story, current challenges, intentions, and what you want to change. This allows us to approach the retreat as an individual process rather than offering the same experience to everyone.

Four Guided Psilocybin Ceremonies
Instead of relying on a single experience, the retreat unfolds progressively through four guided psilocybin ceremonies. Each session builds on what emerged previously, allowing you to explore different layers of your inner experience with experienced facilitators supporting the process.

Traditional Ceremonial Practices
The program incorporates traditional practices such as Rapé alongside carefully selected ceremonial and therapeutic approaches. These practices are used intentionally as part of the overall journey rather than as isolated experiences.

Deep Inner Work Between Ceremonies
Transformation does not happen only during a ceremony. Between sessions, we work with what has surfaced through reflection, conversation, therapeutic techniques, body-oriented practices, and integration.

A Small, Personal Setting
We intentionally keep our retreats small. This gives our facilitators the ability to pay close attention to each participant and adapt the process to what is actually unfolding for them.

Integration — Turning Experience Into Change
A powerful experience alone does not necessarily change your life. Integration helps you understand what you experienced and translate insights into changes in your relationships, decisions, habits, emotional patterns, and direction in life.

Seven Days in Jamaica
The entire process takes place in the natural environment of Jamaica, away from your normal routines and distractions. There is time for rest, reflection, the ocean, nature, and simply allowing the experience to settle.

People come to us for different reasons: feeling stuck or burned out, repeating the same relationship patterns, carrying unresolved experiences from the past, searching for direction and meaning, or reaching a point where they know something in their life needs to change.

Our role is not to give everyone the same answer. It is to create the conditions, structure, and support for you to go deeper into your own process — and discover what needs to change next.

What's Included

  • Retreat Schedule
  • Each day of the retreat builds upon the previous one. Rather than approaching each ceremony as a separate experience, we create a progressive journey — from preparation and self-exploration to deeper inner work, clarity, and integration.
  • Day 1 — Arrival, Preparation & Opening the Process
  • Your retreat begins with settling into the space, meeting your facilitators, and slowing down from the pace of everyday life.
  • Together, we explore your personal history, intentions, emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and the areas of your life you would most like to transform.
  • The day includes traditional Rapé practices, grounding work, rest, nourishing food, and personal preparation for the journey ahead.
  • The intention is simple: to create a safe foundation and understand where your inner work needs to begin.
  • Day 2 — First Psilocybin Ceremony: Opening & Awareness
  • After a light morning and preparation, you enter your first guided psilocybin ceremony.
  • This first experience is about opening the process — observing yourself from a different perspective and beginning to recognize the patterns, emotions, beliefs, and experiences that may be influencing your life.
  • Your facilitators remain present throughout the experience, supporting you according to your individual process.
  • Day 3 — Second Psilocybin Ceremony: Going Deeper
  • The second ceremony builds upon what emerged during the first.
  • As familiarity with the process grows, participants are often able to move beyond the surface and explore deeper emotional material, internal conflicts, memories, fears, and unconscious patterns.
  • Between ceremonies, we discuss and integrate what has emerged so that the next step is intentional rather than simply another psychedelic experience.
  • Day 4 — Third Psilocybin Ceremony: Reconnection
  • The third ceremony shifts the focus from understanding what has held you back toward reconnecting with what may have been lost underneath it.
  • This can involve reconnecting with your emotions, values, inner strength, creativity, relationships, sense of purpose, or simply the feeling of being fully present in your own life.
  • The exact direction is personal — no two journeys are the same.
  • Day 5 — Fourth Psilocybin Ceremony: Direction & Transformation
  • The fourth ceremony brings together the work of the previous days.
  • The focus moves toward clarity: What do you want to carry forward? What are you ready to leave behind? What needs to change when you return home?
  • Rather than chasing another intense experience, this ceremony is designed to help consolidate the journey and create a clearer sense of direction for the next chapter of your life.
  • Day 6 — Integration: Bringing the Experience Into Real Life
  • This is one of the most important days of the retreat.
  • There is no need to chase another breakthrough. Instead, we slow down and work with everything that has emerged.
  • Through personal integration, therapeutic conversations, reflection, body-oriented practices, rest, and time in nature, we help you organize your insights and connect them with your everyday life.
  • The goal is to leave not only with memories of powerful experiences, but with an understanding of what they mean for you and what comes next.
  • Day 7 — Closing & Your Personal Path Forward
  • The final day is dedicated to completing the journey.
  • Together, we review the key experiences and insights of the retreat and identify the practices, decisions, and areas of attention that can support you after returning home.
  • The retreat closes with a personal ceremonial practice and tools for continuing your inner work beyond Jamaica.
  • You leave with more than an experience — you leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and a direction for integrating what you discovered into your life.
  • Extended Stay in Jamaica
  • For participants who would like additional time to rest and integrate before returning home, it may be possible to extend your stay at the retreat location for up to 14 days, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
