About this Retreat
Dmitry Matveev is the founder and lead guide of MycoSpirit. He has been guiding this work since 2016, has personally led more than 600 guided sessions, and for the last three years has been running group retreats in Jamaica.
He is a hypnotherapist with over 25 years of studying the human psyche — subconscious mechanisms, repeating life scripts and the patterns people get stuck in. Before this work he spent 18 years as an entrepreneur, so he knows the world many participants come from.
Dmitry is the author of the MycoSpirit method, where preparation, guided sessions and integration are one continuous process rather than a one-off experience. He trains other guides in his own guide-training program, runs a YouTube channel and a community of 2,000+ people, and collaborates with psychiatrists, psychologists and psychedelic researchers.
Every MycoSpirit retreat is personally led by Dmitry together with a trauma-sensitive team. He works in English, Russian and French.
Guide and hypnotherapist on the MycoSpirit team. During the retreat Jan supports participants' emotional stability, works with inner conflicts and helps turn what comes up in sessions into clear, grounded integration.

The deepest level of individual work. The Private Program is the full 7-day Deep Reset process, fully one-on-one: the whole team works only with you, and the dates are chosen around your schedule. For people who feel stuck and want real change — not just a nice experience.

How it works
Before you arrive. It starts with a free, private consultation with our team. Then a confidential screening: your health background, current medications, what is going on and what you want to change. If the program isn't right or safe for you, we will tell you honestly. Accepted participants get step-by-step preparation, including food guidance for the weeks before the retreat.
Seven days in Jamaica. Five guided sessions: an optional Bufo opening session on the first evening, then four psilocybin ceremonies. The program also includes rapé. On ceremony days you follow a specific light diet prepared by our nutrition specialist. After every ceremony there is an individual integration session, and after the four ceremonies a full day is given to integration.
After you return. The work continues at home: up to 90 days of one-on-one integration support with your guide, by phone or video, at your own pace.
Why fully private
The deepest layers only open in individual work. Nobody goes to their deepest places in front of strangers. In the Private Program there is no group schedule — the pace, length and depth of each step are set around you, and your guide works only with you, before, during and after every session.

There is no fixed calendar. You can start any week of the year — we pick the dates together during your consultation, based on your schedule, your preparation and villa availability.

Directions
Fly into Montego Bay (MBJ) — there are direct flights from most major U.S. cities. We pick you up at the airport, drive you to the villa near Ocho Rios, and take you back on departure. Airport transfers are included.
Accommodation
The retreat takes place in a private oceanfront villa near Ocho Rios. Every participant has their own bedroom with a private bathroom — no shared rooms. The villa has a pool, a gazebo and a quiet room used only for sessions. The setting is intentionally calm and secluded, so you can step away from everyday distractions and focus fully on the process.

- How the 7 days unfold
- Day 1 — Arrival and opening
- Airport pickup, settling into the villa, meeting the team. A personal conversation about your history, intentions and what you want to change. Rapé practice and, if you choose it, the Bufo opening session in the evening.
- Day 2 — First psilocybin ceremony: opening
- The first ceremony opens the process — seeing yourself from a different angle and starting to recognize the patterns that keep you in place. Integration session in the evening.
- Day 3 — Second ceremony: going deeper
- The second ceremony builds on what came up in the first. Between sessions we work with what surfaced, so the next step is intentional rather than just another experience.
- Day 4 — Third ceremony: reconnection
- The focus shifts from what has held you back to what was lost underneath it — feelings, values, strength, direction.
- Day 5 — Fourth ceremony: direction
- Bringing the work together: what you carry forward, what you leave behind, what needs to change when you go home.
- Day 6 — Integration day
- No ceremony. Conversations, reflection, body work, rest and the ocean — connecting what you understood with your everyday life.
- Day 7 — Closing and departure
- Reviewing the key insights of the week and agreeing on your integration plan at home. Transfer to the airport.
- Extended stay at the villa for up to 14 days may be possible on prior request, subject to availability.
