I have been holding space and guiding humans in different capacities for over 20 years. I am a Neuro - Trauma Medicine Therapist. I am a Clinical Psychedelic Therapist trained through Numinus. I am a Breathwork Facilitator trained through a few schools. My breathwork is mainly Grof based (holotropic) always trusting intuition to guide as well. I am also trained in Gabor Mates Compassionate Inquiry. Manesh Girns school of psychedelic medicine masterclass. I am a bodywork maestra having held this space longest (25 years) and taught many therapists my techniques. I facilitate with many tools along with compassion and understanding to guide humans along their journey reconnecting to their true self, before life got hard. I do not heal, YOU heal. I create a safe, trusting space for you to heal yourself. I guide you in reconnecting to your inner power, to trusting yourself and to loving and honoring yourself.
