Come and learn about the variety of chakra meditations offered at Osho studio and an opportunity to practice a popular technique called Chakra Breathing Meditation. Introduction & guidance will be given on the Chakra Energetic System with a thorough introduction into the active meditation. A powerful, invigorating and transformational meditation with breath. Chakra Breathing Meditation can help you become aware of and experience each of the seven chakras.This meditation is active and begins with deep breathing through each energy center (Chakras) and body movement, accompanied by musical sounds to open and bring awareness and vitality to the chakras. This is followed by a stage of deep silence lying down. Best done on an empty stomach..

      Wonderful facilitator and breath therapist

    Krisana is a very experienced meditation facilitator in a lot of different meditation techniques. Her bio energetic, breath and tantra workshops are fun, dynamic and go really deep. She knows well what the participants need and she supports each of them carefully and lovingly.

      Great place to connect with your inner silence

    Searching for a quiet space in the crazyness of Berlin I found this amazing and beautiful meditation studio where I was able to try different active meditation techniques that gave me a lot of relaxation and inner peace. If you´re in Berlin and got tired of jumping from party to party then this is a great place to shut down and go inwards. Highly recommended!
