Connection, Community and Deep Work!
The April 2026 Awaken retreat held in Denver, CO was curated and orchestrated with profound intention. The administration of the entire experience was nurturing, caring and impeccable. And I believe I have made lifelong connections with the other participants and leadership team.

The food was fresh, tasty, thoughtful and abundant. I wish I could have taken the chefs home with me.

The music (live and digital) was EXCEPTIONAL in every possible way. For me, the music was EVERYTHING.

The only issue that felt out of alignment with the quality of the whole experience was the sleeping accomodations. We stayed in various short-term rentals throughout Denver and the quality varied a lot, to the point that some rooms were bad enough to have to move people out and shuffle quite a bit. It almost felt like we were staying in youth hostels. For the price of the retreat, I expected a different quality in that regard.

Life changing
The AWAKEN retreat was a truly transformative experience that blended powerful ceremonies, breathwork, and thoughtful integration into a safe, supportive environment. The facilitators created a space where I could face deep fears, process them with compassion, and walk away with a greater sense of clarity and self-trust. I left feeling more grounded, open, and connected—with tools I’ll carry into my everyday life long after the retreat ended.

5 Stars – Finally, a pain management clinic that actually gets it. In my personal opinion, Ceramonia in Colorado is truly leading the way in pain management. I’ve been to several other clinics, but none compare to the level of care, innovation, and genuine compassion I’ve experienced here. From cutting-edge treatments to a team that listens like no other, they don’t just mask the pain—they help you understand and manage it long-term. If you’re tired of the same old runaround, do yourself a favor and go to Ceramonia. They’re setting a new standard.

Life Changing
If you are looking for a very safe, well organized, transformative experience this is the one for you. We were in an air b&b which was dark and creepy with dead animals everywhere, including an alligator showing its teeth, and the staff immediately changed our accommodation to a beautiful light and spacious place. We were well attended during our ceremonies. Very well prepared both before each ceremony and after with processing our experiences with the group. As a result, the 18 total strangers in our group became fast friends who knew each other more intimately, and more deeply than most of the other people that we know.. We loved each other and will be forever friends, grateful for the knowledge that we are all one. One of the many takeaways from the experience was that I felt so much better eating healthy foods and not drinking any wine every night. That was a revelation for me and one that I will always cherish. I am changed dramatically and forever. And, I have the extraordinary staff and all of the participants to thank.

What’s it like to be Me
I found myself wondering who I really was. With a little outside guidance I found myself at the Awaken retreat. If you’re searching for connection, care, safety, and life changing experiences, this is it! In just five days my family grew larger by about twenty five members. The staff & participants both impacted my experience in many unique ways. Just four days since my retreat ended and I’m still learning about the beautiful parts of me I want to celebrate!
