You’ll learn the basics of Ayurveda, practical tips on how to run a yoga class, teaching tips, and tricks, they will give you the plan to start your own yoga class and implement all the learning.

The course includes basics of classical Hath yoga, Ashtanga yoga primary series, Anatomy and physiology of yogic science, mantra chanting, the science of Breathing, shat kriyas, yoga philosophy, foundational text Patanjali yoga sutras, meditation, yoga Nidra and yoga teaching methodology.
You will follow the daily routine of a yogi, waking up at sunrise, with a fresh breakfast followed by lunch, and then dinner. Then you will have tea breaks and supper. This will give you a holistic yogi experience.
