No prior experience needed. Just bring your body and the willingness to listen to it.
Trained in India since 1989 — at the Sivananda Yoga school, the Osho Center, and the Bhakti Yoga tradition — he combines somatic movement, breath work, active meditation, kundalini-based energy activation, ancestral sound, and Ayurvedic principles to create grounded, body-centered experiences that help people quiet mental noise, release held tension, reconnect with their vital energy, and return to presence.
His work is not theoretical. It lives in the body — through movement, voice, breath, vibration, and stillness. Each retreat is designed to produce something tangible: greater calm, sharper clarity, more energy, and a real practice you can take home.
Priyananda has been a speaker and facilitator at international Kundalini Activation summits, and has been working from his sanctuary in Akumal, in the jungle of Quintana Roo, since establishing his center there.
His retreats include: active meditation · conscious movement · somatic release · breathwork · kundalini energy work · ancestral sound healing · temazcal · cacao ceremony · and integration tools for daily life.
No prior experience needed. Just bring your body and the willingness to listen to it.
