- How do you connect & relate to food?
- What foods bring us the most vitality, radiance and energy?
- How can transitioning to a plant-based diet be effortless, joyful and rewarding?
- Balance & Bio-individuality – how do we eat specifically for our needs & constitution?
Together, we will learn to prepare:
- Fermented Foods & the importance of probiotics (sauerkraut, water kefir, kombucha)
- Non-Dairy Milks, Creams, ‘Cheezes’ & Sauces
- Sprouting made easy – seeds, nuts, grains, greens, legumes…
- Juicing, Smoothies & Superfood shakes – and how to make them constitution specific
- Comfort Foods gone Live – the art of dehydration (pizza, crackers, falafels, kale chips…)
- Sugar, Dairy & Gluten Free Desserts – bars, ‘cheezecake’, mousse, etc.
Essentially, we will explore ways to bring more conscious awareness and thus more love and health into our bodies, our lives, our families, our environment and to all beings by becoming aware of the profound implications of our consumption patterns and the small shifts we can make in our homes and on our plates…
