Details of this retreat

Join us on a life-changing, transformational journey to the breathtaking Himalayas in Himachal Pradesh, northern India. You will practice daily yoga and meditation surrounded by majestic peaks, hike through ancient villages, experience the wisdom of Ayurveda, and witness the Dalai Lama’s teachings in Dharamsala. You will nourish your body with healing foods and deepen your spiritual practice in the land of sages. This is more than a retreat—it’s a soul-awakening adventure of a lifetime.

This retreat unfolds in two extraordinary locations, offering a perfect balance of seclusion in nature and spiritual immersion.

1. Soyal Village – A Hidden Himalayan Gem:
Tucked away in the lush valleys of Himachal Pradesh, Soil is a tranquil village where time slows down. Surrounded by towering deodar forests, fresh mountain streams, and breathtaking peaks, this is a place to reconnect with nature and experience Himalayan life untouched by modern distractions.
Here, you’ll enjoy daily yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic wisdom in a peaceful retreat setting.
We will hike through the woods to breathtaking waterfalls, explore Traditional Villages and experience the warmth of local hospitality with farm-to-table meals and time-honored traditions.

2. Dharamsala – The Spiritual Heart of Tibetan Buddhism
Journey to Dharamsala, home to His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the heart of Tibetan exile culture. Here, you’ll attend the Dalai Lama’s teachings, visit sacred monasteries, spin prayer wheels, and witness powerful Tibetan rituals.
Receive a rare oracle blessing, where a Tibetan spiritual medium channels divine wisdom—an unforgettable experience of Himalayan mysticism.
Wander through ancient monasteries, listen to monks chanting in candle-lit halls, and explore lively Tibetan markets filled with handcrafted prayer beads, woven shawls, and sacred art.

This retreat is a soul-stirring pilgrimage—a journey of deep rest, wisdom, and awakening in the heart of the Himalayas.

Directions

Departing the U.S.:
You’ll need to leave on September 20 to arrive in Delhi, India (Indira Gandhi International Airport – DEL) on September 21. Most flights from the U.S. will have a layover.
   •   Overnight in Delhi (Optional): If needed, you can stay at an airport terminal hotel in Delhi to rest before your next flight (this hotel is not included)
   •   Flight to Kullu: On the morning of September 22, you’ll take a domestic flight to Kullu-Manali Airport (KUU). There is only one flight every other day, so it’s essential to book an international flight that arrives in Delhi with enough time to make this connection.
