Details of this retreat

As yoga teachers, we give from the heart—sharing not only what we’ve learned, but also the love and spirit behind the teachings. Our students are often deeply grateful for what we offer. Yet, for the sake of both our students and ourselves, we must remain vigilant against complacency and commit to never stop learning, growing, and deepening—both in our own personal practice and in our teaching.
In this uplifting and practical workshop, Swami Asokananda will guide you in exploring:

The timeless qualities of great teachers—and how we can consciously cultivate them in ourselves
The deeper spiritual dimensions of hatha yoga that greater meaning and subtlety to our classes
The art of capturing and sustaining our students’ attention, helping them remain present and engaged

Along the way, there will be time to ask questions, reflect, and share the insights drawn from your own teaching journey.

Come renew your inspiration, refine your skills, and reconnect with the joy of teaching yoga.
