Become a Yoga Teacher!
In a world of stress, Yoga is the need of the hour. An Integral Yoga teacher training gives you a full spectrum of peace practices to offer your community. Along the way, most students discover that their own lives are transformed in the most beautiful ways.

This 200-hour course is offered in two parts: the first 80 hours online, along with 20 hours of at-home practice, and the remainder in person at the beautiful Yogaville ashram in Virginia.

Part 1: Online, February 14–April 25, 2027.
Thursday evenings for two hours and Sundays for seven hours. Thursdays are primarily lecture. Sundays combine workshops, Yoga practice, and lecture.

Part 2: In residence at Yogaville, August 15–29, 2027.

Part 1 covers the Yoga postures, Yoga breathing practices, meditation, and deep relaxation. Alongside these practices you will study the ancient and sacred Yoga texts, in keeping with Integral Yoga's esteemed lineage.
Teachers
The Teacher Training will be conducted by Swami Divyananda Ma, supported by Saci Murphy and Krishna Howeth. Together, this team will lead you through the wonders of the Yoga science while keeping the class experience light and fun.

Bhakti Yoga: the path of devotion, including chanting, worship, and self-surrender
Karma Yoga: the practice of selfless service
Chanting instruction, for personal practice and class settings
