Details of this retreat

Last year, we gathered in Rishikesh for Jyoti, a retreat dedicated to rediscovering the inner light. It was an intimate experience that brought together dedicated practitioners and teachers seeking to reconnect with the essence of their practice.
This year, the journey continues.

Tejas तेजस्, translated as inner radiance, brilliance, or spiritual fire, is the natural expression of a practice that has been cultivated with sincerity and devotion over time. It is the clarity that emerges when we commit ourselves fully. The steady flame that illuminates the path ahead.
This immersion is designed for yoga teachers and experienced practitioners who already have an established practice and feel called to deepen their relationship with yoga beyond the studio walls. The retreat is meant as our dedication to the practice of discipline and presence through sustained sadhana and shared inquiry within a small, committed group.
For ten days, we will practice in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga and a place that continues to inspire seekers from around the world. We will step into a rhythm of practice, study, exploration, and reflection, supported by the energies of Tapobhoomi तपोभूमि, the Himalayas and Maa Ganga.

the experience

There are so many yoga retreats in the world, but very few are designed specifically for those who already walk the path.
On the mat, we'll explore practices that challenge and inspire.
Off the mat, we'll reconnect with the teachings, rituals, stories, and places that first drew us to yoga.
Facilitated by myself and guest teacher Neeraj Multani, this experience offers an opportunity to learn directly within the cultural and spiritual context from which yogic traditions emerged. Through daily asana, somatic practices, philosophy, temple visits, and moments of quiet contemplation, we create space for a deeper encounter with both the practice and ourselves.
Are you ready to immerse yourself?
To practice with consistency.
To refine your understanding.
To strengthen your connection to your own path.
To experience yoga as something to be lived.
