THEME: Self Practice & Self Compassion

The first part of the retreat will be offered in silent practice, allowing us to turn inward. We are then able to find space that moves us into the heart of compassion and fuller awakening into our inner wisdom. Moving away from self suffering towards a deeper worldly compassionate consciousness.

  • Daily meditation with Rik and Yvonne
  • 1st Week is conducted in reflective silence
  • Periods of sitting, walking, & gentle movement
  • Daily Dharma Reflections
  • Group Support Periods

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To bring my friend and open her world to the gift of yoga. Denise

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
