Do you want to feel relaxed and rejuvenated inside out in the amazing nature surroundings, breath in the freshest air in the world with Yoga and meditation and some healing energies, enjoying a recharging spa followed by the best essential oil treatment/massage possible plus Reiki cleansing to your whole energy channel/field and chakras.

Open your heart with special heart based meditation method to feel the inner joy and connect to your true self. Yoga movement with mindfulness and breathing technics help your whole body, mind and soul to be relaxed, balanced and feeling the love and joy in the beautiful flow.

Nutritious yummy vegetarian food prepared with love and care, morning and afternoon tea. Enjoying your private or shared accommodation with breath taking views, comfy bed with heartfelt beddings, simple but luxurious room setting with good flow of energy.   

Plenty of time to meet and share stories with likeminded people; enjoying your own quiet time to read a book and have a cup of organic detox tea/juice; appreciate the magnificent view and practice mindfulness while the afternoon bush walking; arrange a complimentary spa session with oil treatment/massage plus Reiki healing with Nickie.

You will be feeling truly recharged, balanced and rejuvenated for your mind, body and soul after the 3nights 4days retreat. Bring home with some daily practices for Yoga, Mediation, relaxation yoga Nidra and breathing technics, you also will gain profound understanding about how to connect to your inner joy and true self in everyday life.

Friday afternoon registration starts at 5pm with refreshment, Dinner at 7pm follow by introduction at 8:30pm and meditation at 9:30pm.

15:30 – 16:30    Mindfulness & joyful bush walking

16:30 – 18:30    Spa and treatment time (appointment required)

19:00 – 20:00    Dinner

20:30 – 21:30    Group meditation and discussion

21:30 – 22:30    Relaxing free time (Wifi will be available during this time only)

22:40                 Nobile silent until next morning breakfast finish

The complete time table will be sent to you after booking confirmation. Only 6 spaces available each retreat as we prefer to keep the best attention to each individual’s needs and offer the high quality retreat service to everyone.
