Day 1 – Arrival & Gentle Landing
Your journey begins in the peaceful mountain resort of Tsaghkadzor.
After arrival and check-in, you will have time to settle in, relax, and slowly transition from daily life into retreat mode.
We begin with an opening circle, where you will meet the group, set intentions, and get an overview of the experience ahead.
In the evening, we move into gentle contemplative practices:
Soft breath awareness
Relaxation techniques
Guided meditation
Introduction to sound immersion
A calm and grounding start, allowing your nervous system to begin unwinding.
Day 2 – Breath & Awareness in Nature
The day begins with morning practices to awaken the body and mind:
Breathwork for energy and clarity
Gentle movement inspired by yoga and qigong
Awareness and attention training
After breakfast, we dive into the first practical workshop, where you will learn how breathing affects your nervous system and emotional state.
Later, we go on an excursion to the stunning Lake Sevan.
You will experience:
Vast open landscapes
Fresh mountain air
A sense of space and perspective
We combine the trip with a mindful lunch in nature, allowing you to integrate the practices in a real environment.

Deep relaxation practices

Day 3 – Expanding Capacity & Perspective
Morning begins again with energizing breathwork and movement, gradually deepening your practice.
During the workshop session, you will explore:
Breath control and retention
Nervous system regulation
Techniques for resilience and energy management
Today includes a scenic ascent via the Tsaghkadzor Ropeway.
From above, you will experience breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, creating a powerful sense of expansion and clarity.
A relaxed lunch follows, allowing time to absorb both the experience and the practices.
Evening session:
Restorative practices
Meditation
Sound immersion for deep nervous system reset
Day 4 – Integration & Deepening
By now, your body and mind are more receptive, and we go deeper into integration.
Morning practices refine your ability to:
Regulate energy
Enter calm states faster
Maintain awareness during movement
Workshops focus on:
Vagus nerve activation
Emotional regulation through breath
Creating your personal daily practice
We then go for a guided nature trekking experience in the surrounding mountains of Tsaghkadzor.
This is a key moment of the retreat, where movement, breath, and awareness come together naturally.
Lunch is enjoyed in a peaceful natural setting.
In the evening, we complete the journey with:
Deep contemplative meditation
Extended sound healing
Intergrstion session and reflection
Day 5 – Closing & Yerevan Experience
After a gentle morning and closing practice, we prepare for departure.
On the way, we explore the vibrant capital city of Yerevan.
You will experience:
The atmosphere of one of the world's oldest cities
Local culture and architecture
A relaxed lunch in the city
This final part adds a cultural dimension to your journey, completing the balance between inner work and outer exploration.
