Retreat Highlights

  • The Sacred Ceremonies community is made up of spiritual seekers, tradition keepers, facilitators, and souls walking together with a shared purpose: to heal, remember, and reconnect with the essence of life. It is a safe and respectful space where every person is welcomed just as they are, free of judgment, and where the diversity of spiritual paths is honored.
  • Here, connection is born from the heart.
  • Ancestral wisdom is shared, deep listening is cultivated, and ceremonies are held to bring us back into harmony with nature, with one another, and with ourselves.
  • It is not just a place to gather — it is a living network of support where authentic bonds are built, teachings are passed on, and seeds of collective transformation are planted.

Unresolved Energetic Imbalances (Hucha)

In the Andean tradition, unresolved trauma is called Hucha, or heavy, dense energy that accumulates in your Poqpo (Electromagnetic field) and body. These heavy energies block the flow of your Sami (light, Prana, vital energy), keeping you stuck in patterns of stress, emptiness, and disconnection.

Even if the events that caused this Hucha happened long ago, the energy remains stored in your body, affecting:

How you feel (Heavy, Low, Reactive, Exhausted)

How you think (Scattered, Stressed, Overwhelmed)

How you live (Disconnected, Unfulfilled, Uncertain)

What Happens When You Release Hucha?

Through practices like Saminchakuy (inviting refined energy), Saiwachakuy (anchoring your roots in clarity), and Huchamikuy (releasing heavy energy), you can:

Free your mind, body, and energy from the weight of unresolved trauma.

Align with your Munay (Love-Wish-Power) and clarity of your purpose.

Experience profound transformation in days, not decades.

The Andean Healing Arts Process

Pachamama's approach is directly grounded in Andean wisdom. These sacred practices—used for generations in our Q’ero lineage— teach everyone to:

Identify the Hucha (energetic imbalances) stored in your body and mind.

Release it through rituals and practices, including breathwork, ceremony, and energy clearing.

Restore balance by growing your Ayni (your Luminous worth & sacred balance), within you and around you in your cosmos.
