Hi, Iβm Luciana.
I hold a deep sense of knowing that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but rememberingthat nothing ever was. I am a trained Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) therapist, and my work is rooted in the belief that nature is our essential teacher. When we stop fighting our emotions, thoughts, and inner contradictions, clarity and dignity begin to emerge. Self compassion is not something we add on top of the experience. It grows naturally when we understand why we feel what we feel.
My own path has been shaped by years of inner exploration, therapeutic training, and lived experience. Alongside my clinical work, I have spent many years exploring plant medicine, both personally and in retreat settings, as well as a wide range of contemplative and healing practices. These experiences taught me that insight alone is not enough. What truly matters is how experiences are held, prepared for, and integrated into daily life.
I do not identify as a shaman, and I do not borrow traditions that are not mine. I approach plant medicine with respect, humility, and clear boundaries, always emphasizing choice, safety, and integration. I see medicine as a support for awareness, not as something that heals for us.
People often describe my presence as joyful, grounded, and non judgmental. In my retreats, there is space for silence, emotion, rest, and reflection, deep conversations, without pressure to perform or transform. Nothing needs to be forced, achieved, or fixed.
I work especially well with people who feel tired of fighting themselves, who experience strong inner tension or self judgment, and who are looking for a more humane way of meeting themselves.
Thank you for being here. I look forward to walking alongside you, with care and respect, wherever your path leads.
