Body Cleanse Group – Health, Vitality, Radiance JAN 17
About This Event
The Body Cleanse Group is a five-day purifying and detoxification process. The program includes four days of colon cleansing and one night and day of liver flushing. The group is designed to support the body to detox and at the same time allow emotions and feelings that arise through the process to be expressed through movement, open communication and active meditation sessions. The dynamic of the group carries the participants and serves as a great support for the cleansing process. The body cleanse program offers a full day schedule, which includes: • Fasting with organic vegetable juices, which are enriched with raw super foods, using PachaMama self-grown medicinal plants, and served throughout the day, according to a specific plan & menu. • Daily enema sessions (colon irrigation) held in 10 private, comfortable enema rooms overlooking a beautiful forest hillside. • Daily yoga classes – designed and held especially for the group. • Digestive system physiology & anatomy classes. • Classes about diet and nutritional issues, which share important information, provide tools and raise awareness for participants to continue with a healthier lifestyle. • Individual health consultation sessions (symptoms & nutrition). • A group breath work session. • Body movement &…

I read on the page of the Pachamama community that they are welcoming people who work for them and in exchange they get food and a place to put their tent for free. Imagine you make your way through the forest into this community and start to trust. As a worker, you work for some hours. That's nice. And in the evening you are surrounded by all the others. You all share silence for some time. But as soon as the bell rings people jump up. To be explicit: the workers jump up in a very rushed way. To hurry up for being the first in the line. Workers get soup and rice. That's fine. Imagine you are taking your time after the sound of the bell. And imagine there is no soup left because you were not fast enough to reach the dining room. The reason why I visited this place is because I trust that I am entering a place where people truly care and even more live it. I let my review in a short version. I wrote for you who is not interested in falling into a trap. I wrote for the people who are truly connected to themselves. The simple fact that they do not have enough food for the workers shows me that the Pachamama community is not ready for me. I left after 4 days and proofed by this action that I truly care. And you proof that you truly care by not going to this place. But if you go, you would need to change the place in a radical way by provoking and speaking out loud. Like a warrior. It is so clear.
