About us

Join Yogrishi Vishvketu and guest teachers for a lakeside residential retreat featuring holistic yoga and intimate teachings celebrating Akhanda Yoga. Retreat programming this year will explore the transformation inspired by Adi Kriya, and include initiation into this powerful practice.


This retreat will focus on how embracing the yogic lifestyle holistically can guide you to transform your life. Workshops will offer everyday practical insights into how we can live in a more fulfilled, balanced and harmonious way. There will be intensive sessions on Adi Kriya, a combination of breath, mudra and meditation that unlocks bountiful energy and radiant living.

 The retreat takes place at CAMMAC located on Lake MacDonald in the beautiful Laurentians, just two hours from Ottawa.

 Sample Daily Schedule:

  • 6-8:00 AM Meditation and Yoga with Yogrishi Vishvketu
  • 8:30-9:30 AM Breakfast
  • 10-12:00 AM Workshop
  • 12-1:00 PM Lunch
  • 1-4:00 PM Free Time
  • 4-6:00 PM Yoga and Meditation with Yogrishi Vishvketu
  • 6:15-7:15 PM Dinner
  • 7:30-9:00 PM Satsang / Evening Program
  • 9:00 PM Silent Time
