About us

This 4 day, 3 night retreat will feature a deep exploration of the mind, body and soul. With summer waning and fall waxing, natural shifts happen.  The full moon provides us the opportunity to take in the breathtaking night sky.  The milky way is in full view as the night sky dances and glistens. Permit the peaceful surroundings of Elohee to feed your body and soul. Use this time on the mountain to become grounded and connected. Create space, sit still, take time to listen to your inner voice.  We humans are deeply connected to nature.  Like the moon phases, our human phases are deeply profound.

This retreat offers daily yoga practices, including meditation, breath work movement and sound healing.  Delicious and nourishing food, nature hikes, swimming, soaking in the hot tub, or the  bliss of silence, can all be found in this heavenly place!  Do as much or as little as your heart desires.

All lodging, meals, group yoga, guided meditation, hiking the trails, and use of facilities, including hot tub and sun pool are included.

Optional private yoga and private massage sessions may be scheduled upon request.
