Deep Yoga Experience

   This Yoga Retreat gives you a fantastic opportunity to focus solely on your Yoga practices, and nothing from the outer world will ever disturb you. Hence you will start feeling real progress every single day.

While you stay at the retreat, you can feel as comfortable and as free as you can. You can choose from West and East menu, you can take a break from Yoga and visit some shopping stores or sightseeing attractions such as waterfalls. All these journeys will undoubtedly inspire you, fill you with new emotions and new discoveries. Usually, we also practice guided meditations outdoors in such places as mountains or beaches. This will bring you unforgettable lifelong experiences.

About retreat program

Each part of this program is designed and customized after arrive individually for each person since everyone has the different body type, the level of energy and open-mindedness.

There are two practice sessions  a day:

Morning Session: 9am – 12pm,

Gong meditation, yoga and pranayama

Lunch 12 pm – 3:30pm , Love time, study, relax and rejuvenate

your whole body, slow down, visiting spa and massages.

Afternoon Session: 3:30pm – 6:30pm

Breathwork, Yoga practice

You will have spiritual adventures as your practice goes and how you are feeling. Journeys to waterfalls, wild beaches, and sacred temples.

Here is an overview of your personal Retreat program:

Daily Yoga practices with fantastic Yoga master – Katrin. Consistent 2 times a day practices are capable of impacting on your body and mind immediately.

Daily Meditation with Tibetan bowls guided by Swami Arun. Deep relaxation, scientifically proved healing method. During this sessions, you can deeply relax and release your energy blocks.

Daily Special Ayurvedic diet which is closely related to Yoga will improve your practice and activate detoxification process in all your body systems.  There are various Ayurvedic menu options served at all times during your stay at the retreat. The menu is delicious and healthy, and most importantly, the results can be noticed in just 1 week time from fully implementing our blueprint. Guaranteed results!

Daily Healing Bali massage course will make you fly above the ground. You will feel how everything inside you is shining with health, energy, and wellness.

With your private guide, you will visit Hindu ceremony rituals, sacred temples, breathtaking hidden waterfalls, wild beaches and inspiring landscapes.

      Exciting spiritual experience!

    We spend 1 week at the meditation retreat. Is was amazing! Guided gong meditation, travels to waterfalls and temples, healthy food. All private retreat guide was close and help us with everything! Highly recommend for inspiring and meditative holidays!
