A chance to refresh and renew, join us and restore yourself with a little help from the warmth of Spanish sun, abundant healthy food, peaceful surroundings and a wealth of Yoga classes to reconnect your body and mind.
During this Summer Yoga Retreat every morning will start with meditation practice, and you can enjoy two daily Yoga classes, enjoying a range of Yoga styles – as we’ll explore Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Restorative and Anusara Yoga styles throughout the week. In addition there will be additional workshops on goal setting and living with purpose, as we explore how we can become our best selves!
