About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

The 8-Day Hāmākua Initiative is a gentle immersion at Hāmākua Sanctuary on Hawai‘i Island’s Hāmākua Coast, designed as an accessible entry into regenerative living and community life. This experience offers space to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience shared daily rhythms without a long-term commitment. The pace is spacious and invitational, allowing each participant to arrive fully and naturally.

During the immersion, participants will:

Live in a small, welcoming group (maximum 6 guests)

Share community-prepared meals using garden and local ingredients

Spend time on the land through light, invitational participation

Practice daily grounding or meditation

Enjoy unstructured time for rest and reflection

Take part in organic group moments and simple ceremonies as they arise

Receive optional one-on-one guidance and support
