Here's an example of a day. Each day is different. Three days of early morning Angkor Wat experience.
Day 2: Grounding
6:30 gentle walk or movement, then attunement.
9:00 Foundations touchstone: Group share on what landed from the book and what raised questions.
11:00 map of the gates and auric layers: The seven-gate arc, how the retreat follows it, and a first body-and-field scan for a baseline entry in the journals.
1:30-3:30 rest.
3:30 resourcing: Each person builds their own toolkit: grounding, a safe-place image, containment, and moving between activation and calm. Practice the pause protocol and meet with support partners.
5:30 intentions: Three written intentions, for the retreat, the clearing, and the script. Seal them in envelopes to open on Day 13 or 14.
Also schedule a 10-minute private check-in with each participant across Days 2-3 so you can gauge readiness for the clearing.
Note: Schedule is approximate and may change
