Hi, I’m Sean, founder of the Zenquility Method, a spiritual technology for higher self integration that works across the mental, emotional, energetic, and physical bodies. It creates space within the human vessel to release what no longer serves your life in this moment.
Developed through years of self-experimentation and profound spiritual experiences, this work integrates intention, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, dance, and more to bring spirit fully into the body.

During this retreat, the real work happens. The days are lived in practice, with meditation, breathwork, movement, and mindfulness woven into each moment.
