We love your feedback!

Hey you!  Yes you beautiful : ) Your feedback is greatly valued as it provides us with guidance and direction on the features our RG wizards should craft to to allow for the most enjoyable, graceful, and helpful experience of our app. Feedback about pain points you experience and suggestions for new features are sweet music to our product team’s ears. All feedback and suggestions are welcomed, valued and reviewed, so let us know what you would like to see.

Submitting suggestions & feature requests

Suggestions for improvements can be made by clicking on the “Suggest Feature” button found  near the bottom of the left-hand side bar. Doing so will take you to the dashboard of our Receptive feedback platform, where you can check the status of your requests, browse other ideas, upvote requests that you would like to see, and see what new features we have planned for the future.

Avoid duplicate ideas

When suggesting a new idea, please check to see if someone else has already suggested a similar feature before creating a new one. The Suggest a Feature form will automatically show other existing feature requests that are similar to yours as you type a title for a new request, so just be mindful of that.

Our product-team reviews the posts that have the highest number of votes first, so upvoting an existing post makes it more likely for the product team to see the feature you want! Don’t forget to leave a comment for your specific use case on the existing post to show your support for the idea, and to demonstrate how the feature would be valuable for you too. That being said, we do review ALL requests, so not to worry if yours is fresh out of the gate and doesn’t have any  votes, we will still lay eyes on it and perhaps come back to it when more traction has been gained for it.


Be descriptive in your post

After submitting an idea, it will initially be in the “Not Reviewed” status but once our team sees it, the status will change to “Awaiting Feedback” status. Rest assured that we read every single post that is submitted, even if we don’t comment on them right away. Once your post is “Awaiting Feedback”, it can be voted on by other users. An ideal post succinctly describes what it is you want to do, what your pain point is, how you currently workaround the issue, and the impact this problem has on your work.

The clearer your post is and the more detail you have, the easier it will be for us to understand what you are asking for, and equally important, the easier it will be for other users to understand the value of your request, making it more likely to be upvoted (and built!).

Vote for the features that are music to your ears! It will bring them to our attention faster

Our product team meets regularly to review your requests. The ideas that are in the top 10-15% of customer requests are the ones that are discussed first. Our customer priorities, team member priorities, and how a feature aligns with our company vision & strategy are all considered when planning new features.

When we make a decision regarding an idea, the author, and anyone who has commented on, subscribed to or voted on the idea will be notified of the idea’s status update. If we decide to act upon the feature request, the status of the request will change to “Planned” or “Building”. We will aim to have an explanation behind the nature of every status update.  There is no assured timeline or commitment that the request will in fact end up in our product even when the status is changed to “planned” or “building (although more often than not it will).


How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea?

Items will be reviewed by our product team once they're in the top 10% of ideas from our customers. Our product team reviews these top ideas monthly, so over time there's a good chance for your ideas to make it into these meetings. We also do a weekly “sprint” review for all new requests submitted. Make sure your ideas are clear and concise so others feel inclined to vote on it. Also be sure to prioritize - it will move the item higher up in our reports.

My request hasn't been reviewed yet and I submitted it 6+ months ago. What can I do?

If we haven't reviewed your item yet and it is a high priority for you:

  • Make sure it's at the top of your priority list

  • Make sure your request is clear. Why do you need this? What is it stopping you from doing? What is the impact of that? Please add these details in a comment on your idea.

Note: If you reach out directly to our support team they'll be able to look up the ideas for you, but they won't have any additional information or provide an estimate for when your item will be reviewed.
