The Position - Customer Support

To own Support & Success for our wellness customers.

Take our support team and its process to the next level, significantly reducing the per-center support effort while ensuring our customers continue to love us.

And all the while still managing, organizing, prioritizing and skillfully addressing the various technical and relational support questions that come up on a daily basis, for customers using our booking platform.

Be a refuge of tranquility, knowledge and competence for retreat centers we work with.

Outcomes of the Role

  • Massively reduce per-customer support effort through creative means - videos, in-app help/documentation, features, etc. within 6 months

  • Receive many stellar personal reviews from customers within 3 months

  • Create widely-used basic-tutorial videos within 6 months

  • Achieve churn reversals (from almost churned to loyal customer) within 3 months

  • Sustain full day support shifts with grace and equanimity

  • Refine and build-upon the current customer feedback & customer happiness process

Skills & Personal competencies

  • Knowledge/Experience in Customer Support

  • Clear, kind, and firm communication skills

  • Web site management (Wordpress or similar)

  • Basic HTML / CSS a plus - bonus points if you have software development skills

  • Double bonus if you are a junior developer

  • Speedy typing (at least 70 wpm)

  • Technical and creative writing

  • A Spiritual practice

Salary and Benefits:

$30-$60k

We provide healthcare benefits to all of our employees and their families

Role requirements:

Full time hours, which include some weekend working.  The role is based in our Nelson office
