"I've been 3 times now and each time was in a new place/space. It's a rustic blast from the past vibes is filled with love, the charge of hope and action towards community. I have enjoyed every stay and appreciate the leadership team at Kirkridge. They are fantastic human beings. <3"

Experiences on Retreat
"So I showed up for a very wet Wild Church on Wed. April 3-- and it was great!
What sweet, caring people! What a nice, thoughtful, short & compelling worship service- also wet!
What a nice, simple - but yummy- covered dish supper, to boot!
And what a nice, warm and dry night's stay afterwards at an extremely affordable price!
The best simple evening I've had in a long time. I will do it again. You should, too!

"I really enjoyed the class! Weaving is more difficult than I expected but I finished my project at home and am pretty happy with it!
Lisa explained well, there was so many yarns, fabrics- choices!! I will continue with projects at home!"
"The accommodations were comfortable and the food excellent! I enjoyed the pace of the retreat which left room for reflection/alone time. The lectures were thought provoking. I am new to the Tradition, but was able to feel included as a newcomer.
I hoped for a bit more silence overall. An example, at mealtimes it was impossible to sit quietly to eat. I tried sitting in the dining annex at an empty table and invariably someone would sit down and pepper me with questions. Recommend that you provide one table for silent eating - just put a sign on that one table that says "In silence". Thank you."
