Advice on going with the flow

I am from Canada and currently live in Rio and operate a yoga adventure travel company in locations in Latin America. While living in Rio I have found that things are often not very programmed here, so it can be a bit challenging to have a grand plan that relies on factors outside of myself to make it happen.

My business has become my spiritual practice. I need to constantly let go, be present, be Zen and live each day without getting caught in frustration when things work out differently than what I planned. I’ve found that, aside from quickly adjusting to each day and it’s unpredictable events, it’s important to have a bigger personal goal that I am working towards both personally and professionally. This way, things that seem like setbacks in the moment aren’t as impacting because I am still moving forward toward my envisioned goals. I can keep my focus on what I am creating, and let go of attachment on how it all comes together.
