Advice on maintaining an authentic vision
It’s been an ongoing challenge for me to get enough revenue. There are serious expenses involved in booking the venues for my retreats! To get enough people coming through, it’s a matter of trying to stay different from the competition. But, for me, it’s crucial to answer the needs of the market while staying really authentic about what I want to offer.
I try not to let my ‘warrior self’ dominate my decision-making. What’s important is that on every single retreat, all of the participants have had something really great happen. We’ve never had anyone walk away without a positive experience. It’s really good to remember that when I need to remind myself to stay authentic.
