Emily has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 6 years, studying in both the UK and Canada and is covered by all insurance companies for any benefit claims. Her style focuses on deep tissue relaxation. Her intuition guides her through each individual body in a very unique way. Emily’s curiosity towards the human body has been there from a very young age so it was no surprise when she chose this path 8 years ago. After completing her yoga teacher training in Bali in 2016, she immediately began teaching. Emily has been a dedicated practitioner and student ever since moving to Canada, 9 years ago. She strongly believes in the power of self care and self love as our most powerful healer, and she expresses this through her yoga teaching and massage therapy. Her yoga classes have a strong focus on breath, alignment and strength, with her favourite styles being Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
