About The Teacher

Through his consultancy, Creative Communications at Work, and partnerships with Korn Ferry, one of the world’s largest talent advisories, Colin consults people leaders within Fortune 500 globally on communications, employer branding and workplace culture. In addition, Colin is currently developing a practice, utilizing breathwork and mindfulness techniques for leadership awareness, emotional IQ and team building. Over the years, Colin has regularly taught dance and active meditations in NYC and the local region, including Heartbeat Drum and Dance in Soho. And was a member of Prometheus Dance Company, Boston. A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Colin has performed roots music for cafés, farmer’s markets and dance classes throughout the East Coast of the United States.

At the heart of his approach to the arts, business and mindfulness, he kindles a passion for asking questions, observing individual behaviours and naming the forces that drive them. The goal is to help individuals and organizations harness their unique strengths and purpose, so they may ignite transformation from within themselves and their communities.

Colin holds a BFA in Dance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee and studied personal development for two years via the Therapist Training program at the Humaniversity (The Netherlands/Québec). He is a lifelong student of Osho Active Meditation techniques. Currently he is studying Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release while offering practice sessions locally.
