About The Teacher

Sourcing body-mind awareness and discipline from a long and diverse training in martial arts, Naza’s yogic path began more than a decade ago. Through Ashtanga yoga he discovered a method of mindful movement that showed him he was capable of much more than he ever thought. Since then, Naza has pursued a continuous practice and study of yoga, which have taken him on an adventure around the world. Born and raised in a small village in Uruguay, Naza’s travelled to India, Bali, and beyond to study with different teachers. Drawing from these inspirations, he developed his trademark joyous and playful vinyasa classes filled with experimental sequences including a lot of armblances and transitioning into a intuitive flow.

Nazareno is now based in Malmö, southern Sweden, and keeps traveling with his company Inspiro Yoga, which he runs together with his partner Lisa Andersson Rhodiner.

      Awesome teacher!

Naza is such a fun, playful and great teacher! He knows how to make everyone feel welcome, give great adjustments, has inspiring music and even sometimes plays the didgeridoo in class!! If you have the chance to take a class with Naza do!!
