Yoga has changed my life! At the beginning of my yoga practice more than 17 years ago, yoga was a workout for me to regain strength after a back injury. Pretty soon, I discovered that yoga is so much more and goes much deeper. Yoga is a wonderful philosophy of life, a way of life that helps to open my heart, to be authentic and to find a deeper connection to myself. Of course, the physical benefits of regular practice, such as Strength, flexibility, endurance are incredibly valuable. At the same time, my mind is calmed, I am able to focus on the things that are important in my life, and I am more careful with myself and my environment. Yoga is my way of life!
Many wonderful teachers and yogis have accompanied me on my yoga journey, such as Bryan Kest, Jordan Bloom, Michael Stewart, Dana Trixie Flynn ... And the journey is not over yet.
I teach an innovative, powerful and transformative Hatha Yoga and I want to inspire my students to embark on the journey to self and the unlimited potential that lives in each one of us.
