About The Teacher

Movement, change, dynamics, introspective, calm, balance.
Yoga brings together aspects of life that seem to have nothing in common.
On the mat we feel these contrasts.
"In my practice and teaching, I attach importance to a biomechanical orientation, which causes a change through introspection, which allows us to stay calmly in daily life.
Physical and mental well-being. That's yoga. On the mat and in everyday life! "
I teach Anusara oriented yoga of all levels, with the claim to build a bridge between mat and everyday life together with my students. Trained in yoga therapy, I also teach students with limitations and find individual ways in practice and for everyday life.
